LEC Technology

The LEC panel is essentially a capacitor sandwich with a phosphor layer in between. The application of an AC voltage generates a changing field within the phosphor which causes the phosphor to emit light.

Panels
The panels are constructed using screen printable polymer thick film compositions similar to shrink-wrapped polymer-based laminate products.
Inverters
Our UL, cUL, and FCC approved Inverters convert AC or DC electrical current to meet the required voltage and frequency to power the panel.
Controllers
Controllers bring flair to any environment by illuminating multiple panels in an on/off, chase or custom configuration.? Controllers will sequence as few as two panels and up to an unlimited number of panels depending on the environment.

Applications
LEC panels can transform an ordinary floor into an eye-catching opportunity for advertisers and sponsors.

Indoor Applications

Six 3’ x 4’ LEC panels and six inverters to illuminate the 18’ x 24’ center stage area.

A LEC panel was used to illuminate this 3’x4’ advertisement on a column.

Outdoor Applications

A 500 sq. ft. billboard on both sides of a truck.
